If you're contacting us about an order issue, start with the original place of purchase. All claims must be initiated through the original retailer, and any refunds, if approved, will be processed by them.
Important Notes:
- Do not remove the product without authorization. If an issue is discovered after installation, please do not remove the product before receiving return approval from the original place of purchase. On-car diagnostics are often crucial for identifying the problem, and we require the opportunity to assess the issue in this way. Products removed prior to return authorization will not be eligible for warranty claims.
- Alterations void the warranty. Any unauthorized modifications or attempts to repair the product, including welding, bending, or other alterations, will void the warranty.
- Warranty applies only to the original owner. If you are a second owner, you may purchase replacement components as needed.
